GEAR
The fighters will have to fight with protection gear as it will be an Amateur Competition. The organization will supply Shooto gloves. The fighters will have to bring their own groin protection, mouth piece, knee- and shin protection. NO HEADGEAR will be used during the European Championship Amateur Shooto.
RULES
In the preliminary rounds, the fights will be 1 x 4 minutes and in the finals, the fights will be 2 x 3 minutes. In case of a draw, there will be an extra round of 2 minutes.

FIGHTERS WHO ARE NOT ON WEIGHT OR ARE TOO LATE FOR THE WEIGH-IN WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE TOURNAMENT!! NO EXCEPTIONS MADE!!
COMPETITION FEE
The competition fee will be €10,- per person and will have to be paid at the weigh-in on Saturday..

IMPORTANT: Every fighter has to register with the Dutch Fighting Sports Authority (Vechtsport Autoriteit). This is similar to the State Athletic Commission in the USA. Fighters should register here: https://registratie.fightpassport.nl/
Each gym can bring 2 coaches for free.
